Sirio is a highly specialised garage equipment manufacturer.
The company was started on a 60,000 square metre site at S. Giovanni di Ostellato, in the Province of Ferrara, in 1997. An unusually high rate of growth led the company in 2006 to increase its modern, 9000 square metre plant to twice its original size.
Sirio exports over 60% of its production to more than 30 countries in different continents and its turnover continues to increase steadily.
At Sirio, the plant features dedicated production lines where tyre changer and wheel balancers are constructed. There is also a wide area where steel is worked and hydraulic cylinders are produced.
Lifts are also constructed at the plant, in particular, electro-hydraulic and pneumatic versions.
The whole production process takes place at Sirio, from the raw materials to the finished product, ready for delivery to the customer.
The company boasts many high technology machines such as automatic loading laser cutting machines, welding robots, benders, presses, lathes, CNC machine tools and a DEA comparator which checks components down to the micron.
In addition, there is a special area dedicated exclusively to quality control.
As a result, Sirio can only be termed as an ultra-modern, highly automated industrial factory. This is a great plus point for the company, as it will guarantee continuity and a competitive edge through time, collaborating with organized importers also with an eye to the long term.
